Greetings Clark Cougar Orchestra Parents -

Hopefully everyone has had a smooth start to the school year.
I just wanted to touch base with you on a few items. First of all, just a quick reminder that the fundraiser kick-off party is TODAY after school. Students will be ready for pick-up by 5:15pm.
Also, I've attached the calendar to the e-mail for those of you that didn't pick one up at the parent meeting. I will let you know as soon as possible of any changes that occur to this calendar.

Secondly, please help remind your students that Practice Records have begun. Practice records are to be kept in agendas and signed by you each week. This is a weekly grade and I check agendas every Monday morning. For a 100, beginning orchestra students should have a total of 2 hours of practice time. Concert and Symphonic orchestra students should have a total of 2.5 hours. Practice records are not accepted without your signature to verify!

Lastly, I'm in need of one or two parents that could come up and put orchestra locker tags on all of the kiddos lockers. They are clipped on the vent of the locker with a paperclip. Please let me know if you have some free time during the day that you might be able to come help with this project.
